Since the unit is an AC mini plus socket type (PN: EVPE3220MUN), it is likely the rubber ring in the socket entrance has dropped and is being pushed to the socket end.

Therefore the plug will be unable to lock properly.

Solution
Check the inside of the socket, and pick the rubber out.
