1. Open the front cover and measure the phases, making sure that phase L1 is not missing (this phase element is the power supply of 230V to 5DC and 12DC).

If this phase is missing this will be the cause of the error. If this phase is ok please go to step 2.

2. Open the right side cover of the charger, if there are some red and green lights on the CHAdeMO-CSU board, check if these lights are ON or OFF.

If the lights are OFF the power supply needs to be exchanged.

If the lights are ON go to step 3.

3. If the lights are ON there are 2 possibilities:

a) CHAdeMO-CSU is not providing any information to the display and is OFF. The CHAdeMO will need to be exchanged.

b) The display is not working anymore and will need to be exchanged.

In step 3, a new CHAdeMO-CSU board and display screen need to be sent because exactly which one is faulty cannot be identified.
