1. The customer is experiencing a lot of disconnections because the country does not support 3G anymore.
2. The location is running in 4G only and so has no connection to the back office.
Solution
In these cases, you can offer the customer a 4G kit including a modem and antennas to support a 4G connection.
PLEASE MAKE SURE THE CHARGER IS RUNNING ON FW V02.05 (the kit only starts working with this FW).
IMPORTANT! OOW (out of warranty) - so a quotation must be requested!
