Using Quick Assist allows remote support (available only for Windows 10 or higher). Enable Quick Assist as follows:
1. Click Search Windows, enter Quick Assist, and select from the results.

2. After entering the six-digit security verification code provided, select Share Screen.

3. After confirming the shared screen information is correct, click Allow.

4. This screen indicates that the screen has been successfully shared. To cancel the sharing screen, click the cross icon to Close the window.

5. Select Close to end the Quick Assist.
