UFC150 - Replacement of air filters

Ultra Fast Charger cabinet has two doors with air filters, right doors has intake filter, left doors has exhaust
filter. These filters should be regularly replaced to ensure proper air flow and thus cooling capacity of fan
filter system. Minimum recommended interval between changes is one year, the interval depends on
pollution of filter and thus must be reviewed by service technicians depending on particular site conditions.
Recommendation is to perform first check of air filter after three months from installation to determine the
pollution degree and revise period of air filter exchange. Spare part no. for one piece of filter: 3243825500 .

To perform replacement of air filter use following instructions.

1.     Turn OFF the external power supply, and ensure there is no voltage within the charger.

2.     Check no vehicle is plugged into any charging point, and that there is no risk of voltage back feed.

3.     Open left and right-side doors and fix them in place with door latches.

9. Fix bracket with filter by wing nuts.
